For Sponsors

The process for becoming a sponsor is pretty straight forward. Here is a quick summary of the key steps involved:

1. 1.Decide what level of sponsorship you are interested in (full or partial).
   

2. 2.If partial click here to fill out a sponsorship form.
   

3. 3.If full please refer to our gallery of benches to find a bench that you would like to sponsor.
   

4. 4.If you don’t see one that catches your eye you are welcome to locate and submit your own option or work with an artist to come up with something unique.
   

5. 5.Once you find the bench you want to sponsor please fill out the sponsorship form with all of the necessary information.
   

6. 6.At this point the Bee Cave Arts Foundation will take over and start coordinating the process of review, approval and placement.
   

For Artists

We welcome any and all artists to submit their ideas for one-of-a-kind benches. The process is as follows:

1. 1.Review the program guidelines in detail to understand the constraints
   

2. 2.Fill out your artist form
   

3. 3.Submit the form with your resume, rendering and conservation form the the Bee Cave Arts Foundation
   

4. 4.At this point we will review your application and if approved place your bench on our web site for sponsors to choose.
