Artists - we need your help. We are looking for unique pieces of art that happen to take the shape of a functional bench. There are two ways to get involved.

First, you can choose to design and donate your artwork to the Foundation. We will ensure the bench gets placed in one of the high traffic areas that will not only improve the community but will also be a great source of marketing. For more details on what you will receive as a sponsor please visit our sponsorship page.

Second, you can submit an application of your design. Once approved we will add your idea to our web site galleria so sponsors can possibly choose your unique design. Again you will receive recognition, not only on the plaque around the bench but also directly on our web site and marketing materials for the program.

Before submitting an application please be prepared to provide the following:

1. 1. A resume and references
   

2. 2. Artist’s rendering and vision statement (rendering limited to 11x17). The rendering will provide the selection committee and the sponsor a visual concept of the artistic work.
   

3. 3. Completed Artist Agreement and Conservation Form that outlines all the information on the materials used, fabrication methods, installation details and recommended maintenance.
